Software engineering and aviation specialities
MSDP is a Belgian company delivering four services: software engineering — development and training —, business management, aviation specialities, and instruction on the ground and in the air. It also publishes FlyMate, software for aviation training organisations.
Positioning
A practice built from operations, not from a consulting firm
Most consulting work is written from outside a company. MSDP works from the inside: its recommendations come from systems it has designed, operations it runs and crews it trains.
That position is a matter of record. MSDP directs an aviation training organisation approved by the Belgian Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport, and coordinates and directs a cooperative co-ownership structure operating Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft. It has been designing management systems since 2003, across logistics, textile, automotive, consumer retail and aviation.
Designing the systems, holding the operation together, training the people who fly it: the continuity between those three planes is what gives an MSDP engagement its value.
Services
Four services, one standard of precision
Each service can be engaged on its own. Their combination is what makes it possible to turn a regulatory or operational constraint into a system that actually works, then hand mastery of it to an internal team.
Software engineering
Development and training: ERP and business application design since 2003, advanced systems architecture, process digitalisation, AI-assisted development.

FlyMate, software for ATOs and DTOs
MSDP publishes FlyMate, software for approved and declared aviation training organisations: aircraft and instructor booking, scheduling, student tracking and regulatory deadlines.
Method
How an engagement runs
- 01
Framing
A conversation to define the real problem — often different from the stated one — and to check that an external engagement adds anything at all. If it does not, you are told.
- 02
Field diagnosis
Observing operations, reading the procedures and manuals, talking to the people who execute them. The gap between the manual and actual practice is the most reliable source of information there is.
- 03
Written proposal
A defined scope, a schedule, a price. Assumptions and risks are stated before commitment, not discovered along the way.
- 04
Delivery and handover
Documented deliverables, training for internal teams, code and data handed back. A successful engagement is one you can end.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is MSDP?
MSDP is a Belgian company delivering four services: software engineering (development and training), business management, aviation specialities (AirOps, AirCrew, continuing airworthiness, airfield operations) and instruction on the ground and in the air. It also publishes FlyMate, software for ATOs and DTOs. The company’s official website is www.msdp.eu.
Which sectors does MSDP work in?
In general and business aviation — private operators, aircraft co-ownership structures, approved (ATO) and declared (DTO) training organisations, aerodrome operators — and across industry and services: logistics, textile, automotive and consumer retail, where MSDP designs ERP and management systems and trains technical teams.
Is MSDP an aircraft operator or an approved organisation?
No. MSDP is a professional services company. It operates no aircraft in its own name, carries no passengers or cargo, and is neither an approved Part-145 maintenance organisation nor an approved continuing airworthiness management organisation (CAMO). It works alongside and in interface with such organisations, and holds executive mandates in structures that do hold the required approvals.
What is FlyMate?
FlyMate is the software published by MSDP for approved (ATO) and declared (DTO) aviation training organisations. It covers aircraft and instructor booking, scheduling and student tracking. It is presented at flymate.app.
Where is MSDP based?
MSDP is established in Belgium, in the Walloon Region. It works across Belgium and Europe, in French and English.
