Three of them can be named. The ERP of the Presses Universitaires de Bruxelles (ULB), designed and built from 2008 to 2014 as a subcontractor to Nemosis. The ERP for the continuing education programmes of the Université libre de Bruxelles, built from 2005 to 2014, also as a subcontractor to Nemosis. And an ERP developed for KDM Studio from 2003 to 2008, covering textile and logistics.

The range of sectors covered is what gives that track record its value: modelling difficulties look alike from one industry to the next, the solutions much less so. The remaining engagements are covered by business confidentiality; their details can be shared with the agreement of the clients concerned.

Aircraft ownership vehicles made available to flight schools, including the Aéroplano structure.

MSDP’s expertise in aircraft ownership and management was built from 2005, around the acquisition of an aircraft made available to a private flight school. It led in 2006 to the launch of Aéroplano, a structure dedicated to aircraft ownership and management.

Aéroplano joined the shareholding of Air Academy New CAG in 2010 and became its near-sole shareholder in 2015. That structure allowed the training organisation to grow its fleet in a structured way, to raise the quality and reputation of its courses markedly, and to triple its turnover over ten years.

Training organisation approved (ATO) by the Belgian Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport, based at Brussels South Charleroi Airport (Gosselies), founded in 1976.

The school, created by Berthy Graux in 1976, trains private and professional pilots as well as instructors. MSDP has directed it since 2010.

MSDP also carries out instruction there: SEP and MEP class ratings, Pilatus PC-12 NG and NGX rating and conversion, aerobatics and mountain training, with conversions at the Megève and Courchevel altiports. Booking of aircraft and instructors runs through FlyMate.

Belgian cooperative aircraft co-ownership structure: its members access a fleet they own together, without individually carrying its operation.

It was the expertise built in aircraft ownership and management that led the founding members of European Aircraft Private Club to approach MSDP. MSDP joined the venture and has coordinated, advised and directed it ever since.

The role is to support the families and entrepreneurs involved — then as now — in analysing their issues and needs, then defining, organising, implementing and running a structure that answers them, in compliance with European rules and law on aviation, economic, corporate and tax matters.

Incorporated as a cooperative in December 2013 and based at Brussels South Charleroi Airport (Gosselies), EAPC operates a fleet of Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft for the exclusive use of its members. Flights are non-commercial, under two distinct regimes: Part-NCO for the PC-12s, Part-NCC for the PC-24s, whose classification as complex aircraft requires a management system, an operations manual and a declaration to the authority. Making those two regimes coexist within a single structure is the substance of the organisational work.

Building and leading the rescue project for a Walloon public aerodrome, in partnership with the City of Saint-Hubert, SOWAER and the Walloon Region.

At the end of summer 2013, the users’ group of Saint-Hubert aerodrome was formed at MSDP’s initiative, to carry a rescue project for the airfield, whose operation was under threat. The project was built in partnership with the City of Saint-Hubert, SOWAER (the Walloon airports authority) and the Walloon Region.

The aerodrome was directed from April 2014 to 2016. That engagement is the foundation of the Airfield block of MSDP’s aviation specialities: ground operations, safety, the economics of running a platform, and handling a case with public authorities.

Modular management platform for approved (ATO) and declared (DTO) aviation training organisations.

The first version — FlyMate Legacy — was developed in 2008, put into production at Air Academy New CAG in 2010, then used without interruption until December 2025.

The new FlyMate, completely rewritten on a modern stack and designed from the outset to be multi-operator, entered production on 1 January 2026. It covers booking, training records, licences, fleet, maintenance, controlled manuals, EASA regulatory monitoring, accounting and reporting, with a native iOS application that works offline.
